Jon Fox
Head Boys Varsity Coach
Coach Fox has been playing Lacrosse since early 1991 while attending UCI. He was team captain, twice league all-star, and MVP of the 1994 WCLL College championship game. In 14 seasons of coaching youth and high school, Jon has lead teams to 7 Middle School, 6 High School, and 2 HS State Championship titles (club). He was head coach of the OCLA U-15 select team in 2005 and head coach of the OC Jr. World team in 1998-2001. He has been Head Boys Varsity Coach for the 2007 and 2008 seasons when Knights Boy's Varsity took the "CIF-SS Lacrosse Championship Titles".
Jon has been helping to coach lacrosse in Tustin since 1997 when 11 lacrosse players first walked on to the Hewes field. In addition to coaching the Foothill and Hewes lacrosse teams, Jon has helped lay the foundations for girls and boys lacrosse teams at Pioneer, Foothill, Tustin and Beckman, as well as other schools within Orange County. Currently Jon directs the Lacrosse Academy Orange County.
Jon makes his home here in North Tustin along with his lovely wife Kristy and his three wonderful and active children; Joshua, Madeline, and Luke. In his spare time Jon also supports Young life & Wyldlife youth groups and other lacrosse programs within our community.
